Here you will find whichever kind of cable tie you need – no matter the size, width or colour. Cable ties are used to secure single cables, wire harnesses and similar objects. They can be used in a multitude of areas, including electrical wiring, gardening work and the automobile industry.
Our standard cable ties are all made of polyamide PA66. The high quality, halogen-free plastic has many great benefits such as high tensile strength and resistance to basic substances, oil and grease. Additionally, our cable ties have amazing physical attributes that make them indispensable for a multitude of jobs. To start with, the internal teeth on the strap guarantee a safe grip on the bundled objects. The locking head is rounded in order to avoid sharp edges coming in contact with the cables. Furthermore, all parts that are strained through fastening the tie are polished to avoid tearing. The side edges of the cable ties have the exact same height as the serration on the strap. This prevents the tie from cutting into the bundled cables.

Installation of cable ties

Installing our cable ties is very easy. Simply place the tie around the objects you want to secure and insert the strap into the locking head, until the tongue grips it firmly. Afterwards, adjust the cables or other objects to the position you want them in. Now, all that is left to do is close the cable tie by pulling on the serrated strap. You can also use a collet for this. It would also allow you to cut off the strap of the tie next to the locking head using the collet.
