Ordering process online
You can order through our online shop by following these steps (click on the pictures to zoom in):

  

 

STEP 1 - Goods & shopping cart

In order to add an item to the shopping cart, please click on „Add to cart“. Select „Shopping cart“ in the upper right corner in order to view your cart.
 

STEP 2 - Shopping cart

On your shopping cart page, you can enter the amount of items you need, as well as remove items from the cart. You can also enter a discount code on the shopping cart page. If you are signed in already, you can proceed directly to checkout. If you are not signed into an account, you will have to enter your information after clicking on „Checkout“. Alternatively, you can use the „PayPal“ button in order to proceed using an existing PayPal account.
 

STEP 3 - Login

If you already have an account on our website, you can sign in now. If you do not have an existing account, you can create a new account under „I am a new customer and would like to register“. Alternatively, you can order as a guest without creating an account by selecting „order as guest“ under „I would like to order without registration“.
 

STEP 4 - Shipping information

If needed, you can adjust your shipping address under „shipping options“. Select your preferred shipping method, either DPD or DHL.
 

STEP 5 - Payment method

On this page, you can select your preferred payment method. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you can adjust it under „billing address“. Finally, please accept our terms and conditions by checking the box at the bottom of the page.
 

STEP 6 - Review & Completion

Review the information you entered regarding shipping and billing address as well as shipping option, payment method and any other potential requests. You can review your order for the final time. If everything is correct, you can click on „Confirm order“ to finalize the order.
